REGISTRATION 2008-2009 INSTRUCTIONS:
Please see Schedule/Tuition for class times and rates.
Register by August 1st, 2008 and save $15 off second month's tuition.

SUMMER PROGRAMS ONLY:
Please print out the appropriate page for your summer program and mail in or drop off the registration portion attached to the summer brochure and applicable fees. Your check will not be cashed if the program is full. You may also register for summer programs by registering on-line. Your account will be charged only if space is available in your chosen program. You will be sent an email confirmation of your registration.

CHILDREN'S CLASSES ONLY:
If you are registering for a children's class (Sep.-June), please print out all three pages of the Registration link. Fill out and mail (or drop off) to 425 Encinal St.; Santa Cruz, CA 95060 with your $45 registration fee and first month's tuition. You may also skip this step and register by logging in and creating a new account or updating an existing account. You may choose automatic recurring tuition by visa/mastercard or pay by check or pay on-line each month. You will be sent an email confirmation of your registration.

ADULT DANCE/FITNESS/PILATES/YOGA CLASSES ONLY:
If you are signing up for adult classes or fitness classes only, please print out and return only page 3 of the Registration link. Fill out and mail (or drop off) to 425 Encinal St.; Santa Cruz, CA 95060. No additional fees are required. You may also skip this step and register by logging in and creating a new account or updating an existing account. You may purchase class cards or pay a drop-in fee in advance on-line using visa/mastercard or pay by check at the time of your class. You may choose to register for a particular class to add yourself to the class roster either on-line or by filling out pages 1&2 (additionally) of the Registration link. You are not required to attend all classes and will only be charged for classes you attend (adult classes only).

Please note:
MWF Ballet with Rebecca Bartlow is payable directly to the instructor. IAD class cards are not valid for this class. On-line registration for this class is not permitted. If you are unfamiliar with Rebecca's class and will be trying it for the first time, please let her know you found out about it from the IAD website.
