TUITION & REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

OPEN IN PERSON REGISTRATION AT IAD 9:30-12N & 5-7PM THURSDAY 8/25
 

1) CLICK ON THE GREEN REGISTER NOW LINK ON ANY PAGE AND GO TO THE "Enroll Childrens Dance" TAB OR "Enroll Ballet I II III IV V" TAB ON THE SCHEDULER. CLASES ARE LISTED ALPHABETICALLY BY CLASS.

2) PLEASE READ ALL REGISTRATION INFO. & NOTE THE CONTRACT REQUIRED FOR EACH CLASS (Tuition & Contract Info outlined below).

3) CREATE A LOGIN
Unless you have accessed our NEW system and have created a NEW un & pw, please sign in as a NEW user. Please log in as the person who will be signing up for the class...NOT the parent or guardian. You will be unable to enroll the student in the class on-line if you sign-in as a parent. 
--Please fill in STUDENT'S FIRST/LAST name under "IS THIS YOUR FIRST TIME?".  Remember even if you had a login in our OLD system, a new one will need to be created in the NEW system. If you have been with IAD before, however, the student's name should be recongized. Follow the on-line prompts. Please contact IAD immediately if you are having difficulty and we can create your account or un & pw for you. 


Go to the "ONLINE STORE" tab in the upper right hand corner. Next choose "CONTRACT" tab. Select the "CHILDREN'S 1/2/3 or Unlimited Class/Week TUITION CONTRACT 2011-2012" from the drop-down menu. Contract includes: 1st month, registration & deposit. Please read it through thoroughly before clicking "Agree". If you are not already logged in as the CHILD who will be attending the class, select "CREATE LOGIN" (unless you have already created one in our NEW system). Under "IS THIS YOUR FIRST TIME?" Enter the 1st & last name of the STUDENT. Follow the on-line prompts to purchase the contract. Once you have purchased the contract, come back HERE and click the "ENROLL" button below. Do not hesitate to contact IAD if you are having difficulty.


4) To view and purchase the contract, click on the "ON-LINE STORE" tab in the upper right hand corner & click "CONTRACTS". Using the drop-down selection choose "CHILDREN'S 1/2/3 or Unlimited Contract" (depending on the number of classes attending per week) or "BALLET I/II/III/IV-V Contract." Once the correct contract is chosen, click to open it and read it thoroughly before checking "AGREE" finalizing the purchase by following the on screen prompts.

5) Once the contract has been purchased, please GO BACK TO THE CLASS AND CLICK "ENROLL". YOU ARE ALL SET! 
If you are having trouble enrolling in the class, please send us an email with the name of the student enrolling in the class, name of class, day & time and we will get you enrolled right away, provided space is avaiable in the class.
 

TUITION:

Full tuition for the academic year may be paid in advance or broken into equal monthly payments in a Contract as indicated below. For tuition paid in full, registration fee is waived and a deposit is not required.

TUITION CONTRACT
Tuition is for the period 8/29 - 6/16.
(May be pro-rated for late start on a space available basis.)
If choosing 10 equal monthly installments (Contract Required), a $50 deposit is due with registration fee (included in Contract).
$50 deposit is a credit toward June tuition or last month of classes in the school year, should one need to early cancel.
10% sibling tuition discount applies for sibling with equal or less tuition.
(Please call or stop by to register siblings. Sibling Discount in not automatically applied on-line.)
Production fee is included in Contract. Early opt out is accepted. Due with February tuition.
Children's Registration is due each academic year.
30 day written notice is required to early cancel. 
All students must re-enroll for summer classes.

Registration:
Children's Registration (each student): $35.

Tuition for all classes other than Ballet III or IV/V & Company reduced to equal monthly payments--see explanation above:
1 class/week (other than Ballet III or IV/V): $65
2 class/week (other than Ballet III or IV/V): $120
3 class/week (other than Ballet III or IV/V): $150
4+ class/week (other than Ballet III or IV/V): $195
Tuition for Ballet III & IV/V & Company (by audition/invitation) reduced to equal monthly payments--see explanation above:
Dancers in Ballet III are encouraged to take Ballet II when able - in addition to regularly scheduled classes (add'l tuition waived).
Dancers in Ballet IV/V are encouraged to take Ballet III & Adult Ballet when able - in addition to regularly scheduled classes (add'l tuition waived). Dancers in Company are encouraged to take as many classes on the IAD schedule as possible, in addition to required classes.

Ballet I & Ballet II: $120
Ballet III (including Pointe or Pre-Pointe): $285
Ballet III Company/Unlimited: $395
Ballet IV/V Company/Unlimited: $395
